The apartment

The special charm of this 2-room apartment with kitchen and bathroom is its location on the edge of Düsseldorf in Erkrath-Hochdahl, overlooking the green of the Bruchhausen nature reserve. If you want to live comfortably away from the bustle and unwind after a busy day, you will feel at home here.

The S-Bahn from Hochdahl station reaches Düsseldorf main station in about 10 minutes, and the trade fair or airport in another 15. By car, the Hilden junction gives you quick access to the A3 and A46 motorways.

The apartment has a spacious, high-quality living and dining area, a separate sleeping area and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has been modernly renovated. Regular cleaning is available for an extra charge.

Terms

Rent	Monthly all-inclusive rent covering utilities (electricity, heating, water), Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels. Prices are for one person; a second person costs extra.
Length of stay	Usually 6 months or longer, shorter on request. Minimum stay 2 months. Stays under 6 months carry a surcharge, because VAT for short-term accommodation then applies.
Billing	In your first and last month, stays of up to 14 days are charged at half a month's rent, 15 days or more at the full rent.
Deposit	€1,500 per apartment.
Payment	The first month's rent and the deposit are due on booking.
Registration	Official address registration (Anmeldung) is possible at all apartments.
Smoking	All apartments are non-smoking. If someone smokes anyway, we charge a flat €1,000 for the special cleaning.
Cancellation (direct booking)	Up to 60 days before the start of the tenancy, we refund the first month's rent in full. Between 59 and 31 days before, we refund 50% of the first month's rent. From 30 days before, the first month's rent is charged. We always do our best to re-let the apartment for the booked period. If we succeed, we of course charge no cancellation fee.
