Four apartments are in and around the city centre, two in a green setting in Erkrath-Hochdahl.
Move in, no setting up
If you come to Düsseldorf for a few months, you don't want to buy furniture, equip a kitchen or sign contracts for electricity and internet. In our apartments all of that is already done: you sign one rental agreement and move in.
Four apartments are central in Düsseldorf, a few minutes from the main station, the old town and the Königsallee. Two more are in a quiet green setting in Erkrath-Hochdahl, ten minutes from the main station by S-Bahn.

From 30 days before, the first month's rent is charged. We always do our best to re-let the apartment for the booked period. If we succeed, we of course charge no cancellation fee. |

What is included in the rent?
Our all-inclusive rent covers all utilities such as electricity, heating and water, plus Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels. Prices are for one person; a second person costs extra.
How long can I rent an apartment?
We usually rent for 6 months or longer. Shorter stays are possible on request, with a minimum of 2 months. Stays under 6 months carry a surcharge because VAT for short-term accommodation applies.
Can I register my address (Anmeldung)?
Yes. You can register at all of our apartments, and we provide the landlord confirmation (Wohnungsgeberbestätigung) you need.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, the deposit is €1,500. It is due together with the first month's rent when you book.
Is smoking allowed?
No, all apartments are non-smoking. If someone smokes anyway, we charge for the intensive cleaning that is then needed.
Are pets allowed?
It depends on the apartment: not in Hoffeldstraße and Hüttenstraße, on request in the others.
Can I book directly or through HousingAnywhere?
